Precision Positioning and Balance for Your Camera Package
The TEKSKIL Rail, Riser & Counterweight system provides the adjustable foundation needed to properly position and balance cameras within the Balance Rail System. Designed to work together, these components allow the camera, beamsplitter, and teleprompter configuration to be set at the proper height while maintaining precise front-to-back balance.
The system starts with a custom aluminum rail, featuring a standard 24-inch length that provides a strong, adjustable platform for camera positioning. Three interchangeable camera riser sizes make it possible to accommodate different camera and prompting configurations, ensuring the camera is positioned at the appropriate height.
For precise balancing, threaded 5 lb counterweights can be positioned along the rail to offset the weight of the camera, beamsplitter, and 19P. A unique keyway built into a dedicated slotted chamber allows each counterweight to be secured at virtually any point along the rail. Additional weights can be screwed together and stacked wherever needed, providing fine control over the balance of the complete camera package.
